Person, Image, and Name
It should go without saying that no one owns Einstein, since persons are not mere things to be owned. The author is not asking about Einstein the person but about his image and name. A person is neither identical to his image nor his name.
An interesting question arises:
If a person’s image is used in a morally wrong manner, does it follow that this person is also wrongly used?
